Return & Refund Policy

The users visiting Diaeta by Asmi‘s website can access the payment gateway / registration and use the said services and make payments. Diaeta by Asmi will provide a hassle-free online secured payment gateway registration option. There is no refund for the services purchased through Diaeta by Asmi’s website because the majority of the services provided by Diaeta by Asmi are services in nature; however, there are specific refund and cancellation conditions that may apply and can change from time to time depending on the service.

Refunds from Diaeta by Asmi will only be given based on the specifics of a certain situation. There will be no reimbursements for cancellations made after registering, unless management agrees to give a refund based on adequate evidence of incorrect denominations, factual errors, improper payment deductions, duplicate payments, or other circumstances.

Refunds, if any, will be issued to the same card or account that was used to make the original purchase, and they won’t be processed until the login information of the account holder has been verified. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued in cash or by check.

  • Users cannot return the same order more than once.
  • Diaeta by Asmi shall not be responsible in case communication is not received by the customer due to incomplete contact details given by the individual.
  • Customers requesting serial or repeated refunds may be blocked to access the services provided on the website.
  • For claiming refund, the payee should provide valid invoice of the services paid & ID documents of the customer who is seeking refund so as to be able to get the refund.
  • No interest will be paid on refund

All reimbursements would be processed within a 14 & 21 day window. Any questions regarding the agreed-upon refund can be sent to info@diaetabyasmi.com along with the receipt number for which the refund is being requested.

The policy may be modified or changed at any time by Diaeta by Asmi without notice, publicity, or previous knowledge.

REFUND POLICY FOR HOME HEALTHCARE PACKAGES

If the cancellation is requested within the service period/tenure, a pro rata refund will be issued for the remaining period if the services have not been utilized. Diaeta by Asmi shall decide whether to grant this refund.

REFUND POLICY FOR TELE-CONSULTATION PACKAGES

  • If you cancel at any time before 48 hours, your patient deposit will either be forfeited and made available for future reservations, as per your request, or it will be returned.
  • A cancellation fee of 50% of the amount for your scheduled appointment type is assessed for cancellations made after the allotted 24-48 hours.
  • There is no refund if you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment; you will be charged the entire consultation amount.

The mode of refund depends on the mode of payment used at the time of booking the service.
